Our mission as a church is to Love God, Love People, and Awaken a Movement. We carry this mission out as we partner with parents in discipling middle and high school students into the image of Jesus.

We run after these five goals in Ethos Students. We want every student that comes through our ministry to:

1. Know God Intimately

2. Know their Identity Firmly

3. Develop a Deep Web of Community

4. Develop a Robust Biblical Worldview

5. Make Disciples Locally and Globally

We believe these five things will mark and prepare our students to step into adulthood and mature into faithful disciples of Jesus.

OUR GOAL

OUR RHYTHMS

SUNDAY WORSHIP GATHERINGS
We believe that students are an integral part of our church family. Because of this, we encourage students to be engaged in our Sunday Gatherings, worshipping, receiving teaching, and building up the body through their gifts. After the teaching at the 9am service (typically around 10:10am), students are invited to William Colliers, the room to the right side of Marathon Music Works, to connect with each other and discuss what they have learned from the day's teaching.

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS
On Wednesday nights throughout the school year, students are invited to come to the Ethos Office for an extended time of connection and teaching. This is our time to dive deep into God’s Word and wrestle it out in community. We meet every other Wednesday night from 6–8pm.

RETREATS
Twice a year (Spring and Fall), we get away to have an extended time to rest, play, and enjoy the Lord together. Locations and exact dates vary year to year, but we typically have Spring Retreat in March-April and Fall Retreat in September-October.

SUMMER EVENTS
We have multiple opportunities for students to plug in deeply each summer. You can check out our summer events page
