Lead Worship Pastor
Will is responsible for training worship leaders and cultivating the worship culture at all Ethos campuses. He is passionate about helping worship leaders grow in their ability to help people connect to God in worship and not simply be song leaders. Will primarily leads worship at The Cannery Ballroom on Sundays, but you'll also find him serving on the Tech team and through random special projects around Ethos. Will and his wife, Caity, were original members of the team that planted Ethos in 2008. Will has been on staff since 2010 — serving on the Direction Team, as the worship pastor, and initially steering all things in the tech area.
Will grew up in Franklin, Tennessee, married his high school sweetheart, Caity in 2007 — and they settled down in Franklin after he graduated from Lipscomb University. They have three beautiful kids...Hattie, Liam, and Violet.

What else would you like people to know about you?
I like playing golf, watching Tennessee football (both Titans and the Vols), Predators hockey, DIY projects, playing with my kids, traveling. I'm totally a Disneyworld nerd — I love to plan the trip, research the best food, and ride as many rides as possible! I love to make things from scratch in the kitchen — hummus, kombucha, sourdough bread, and pizza dough & sauce are a few of the things I've been experimenting with!
