Ethos Grow Classes are formational and practical 4-8 week courses designed to educate and equip the Ethos Church family to live into our mission to Love God, Love People, and Awaken a Movement. Grow Classes teach participants Biblical knowledge and give practical tools for deepening our relationship with God, other believers, and those who do not yet know God. Each class is designed for the purpose of (1) growing deeper in spiritual maturity and (2) going wider with our mission to make disciples of Jesus in all the nations.

WHAT ARE ETHOS GROW CLASSES?
Ethos Grow Classes are formational and practical 4-8 week courses designed to educate and equip the Ethos Church family to live into our mission to Love God, Love People, and Awaken a Movement. Grow Classes teach participants Biblical knowledge and give practical tools for deepening our relationship with God, other believers, and those who do not yet know God. Each class is designed for the purpose of (1) growing deeper in spiritual maturity and (2) going wider with our mission to make disciples of Jesus in all the nations.
WHY DOES ETHOS CHURCH OFFER GROW CLASSES?
Ethos’ desire is for every family member to understand and embrace our purpose as followers of Jesus, and Grow Classes are the training ground for living into our church mission to Love God, Love People, and Awaken a Movement. This mission is a commitment to faithfully obey two key instructions from Jesus found in scripture:
1. In Matthew 22:37-39 (the Greatest Commandment), Jesus shares that our greatest responsibility is to “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and most important command. The second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.”
2. In Matthew 28:19-20 (the Great Commission), Jesus gives this final instruction to his disciples: “Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you.”
We desire to equip every member of the Ethos family to be joyfully obedient to these commands.
WHEN DO ETHOS GROW CLASSES MEET?
Ethos Grow Classes are offered in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 we are adjusting certain aspects of how and when we meet. This Fall there will be both in-person and online Grow Class options. Grow Classes will meet once a week as scheduled by the teacher/facilitator for 4-8 weeks.
WHERE DO ETHOS GROW CLASSES MEET?
Grow Classes meet in various places throughout the city - homes, office spaces, community rooms, online, etc. Each class will meet weekly for 4-8 weeks in-person or online via Zoom, with some classes having content to work through on your own throughout the week.
