COUNSELING & SHARE GROUPS
We believe there are many seasons in life in which Biblical Counseling can play a vital role in continued growth a maturity of an individual or family. At Ethos Church, we are committed to helping our church family grow deeper in all facets of the Christian journey. We are pleased to provide connections to godly counseling through the following people and counseling centers.
The counseling services are offered to the Harpeth Hills church family, as well as the community at large. While individual therapy is provided for matters such as anxiety or depression, a major focus for the Center is that of “relationships.” This includes preparation for marriage, marital therapy, divorce adjustment, stepfamily adjustment and parent-child relationships. The Counseling Center is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 615-690-4661. If appointments need to be canceled, clients are encouraged to call 24 hours prior to their scheduled time in order to make the necessary changes. The customary fee for counseling is $85 for an initial evaluation and $85 for each hourly counseling session. While the counseling center does not file insurance, clients are free to file their own insurance to assist in paying for counseling. Financial assistance is available to Ethos Church Family Members.
Hello Ethos Family! Crystal and I are grateful to be part of our church family. I'm also grateful if what I do for a living can also be useful to folks here at our church. I help frustrated couples and restless professionals and entrepreneurs. I also often meet with folks who feel stifled by their anxiety and depression. When I got into this profession, I realized that everyone on the planet needs a safe place to go where they can be completely themselves...and say anything. At times we need to chat with someone who's not part of our family or friend circles, someone with training and skills to navigate through confusing thoughts, emotions, relationships, and matters of faith.
My experience includes over 15 years training and practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP). Later this year, I will complete a Ph.D. in counselor education and supervision from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville. I've also completed a masters in mental health counseling and marriage and family therapy from John Brown University in Northwest Arkansas.
I currently own and operate Blue Tree Counseling located in the Inglewood neighborhood of East Nashville. My rate is $120 per session. I'm willing to discuss a reduced rate as needed for your budget.
I'd be glad to meet up for a brief consultation to see if my services are the right fit for you. Feel free to call or text at 615-669-4105 or email . If you'd like to get started, use the "Get Started" button below to view my schedule and set up our first session.
