Events and Operations Director, Cannery Ministry Coordinator
Cannery Ministry Leader
Throughout the week, Brooks takes care of the day-to-day operations around the Ethos office, as well as the logistics for internal events (Open House, Baptism Sunday) and external events (Serve our City, Fast Forward). When not at a Mexican restaurant like Baja Burrito, you can find Brooks serving on the Worship team, Respond team, Benevolence team and the Connect team at The Cannery Ballroom campus.
Brooks has lived in Nashville all of his life (one of the rare Nashville natives!) — he attended Belmont University and Lipscomb University. He has a heart for people who may be struggling with faith and/or the church and working with people in broken or tough life situations to be heard and known, find solutions, and move forward.

What else would you like people to know about you?
For better or for worse, humor is a very important part of who I am. Though my job is typically very task oriented and "planny," I'm actually not much of a planner.
Winter is my favorite time of year and I hate hot weather. I love playing football, geeking out about coffee and coffee gear, watching the Titans and Predators, white water rafting (which I don't get to do enough), and having deep philosophical discussions about music, sports, and life/faith.
