McMurray Middle School Clothing Drive

Posted by Josh Moseley on

For our Blueprint 2012 December focus we will be supporting a clothing drive for McMurray Middle School. A handful of Ethos family members are teachers at McMurray Middle. After noticing a need among many of their students, they took the initiative to organize the first annual McMurray clothing drive, and togehter as a church we are going to help meet this great need. McMurray Middle School is largely comprised of students from families struggling to make ends meet and provide basic needs. Our goal is to bless these children and families by providing clothing, coats, and shoes. There are two ways you can help.

1. BUY GENEROUSLY & JOYFULLY.

BOYS & GIRLS CLOTHING: KID SIZES 7-10
+School Uniform Pants: Black, Navy, or Khaki
+School Uniform Collared Shirts (Short & Long Sleeves), Sweaters,
+Sweatshirts (No hoods!), and Long Sleeve Shirts: White or Any Blue
+Coats: Small, Medium, Large • Closed Toe Shoes: Sizes 3-9
+Socks & Underwear: Small, Medium, Large

Shop for a student and bring the items purchased to Ethos on December 2nd and 9th. Drop them off in the collection box in the lobby. Ethos will transport all the items to the clothing drive.

2. VOLUNTEER AT THE CLOTHING DRIVE.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 15TH | McMURRAY MIDDLE SCHOOL

Volunteers will help set up the clothing drive in the gym, help parents and students shop and check out, or clean up at the end. This is a great thing to do with your house church, friends, or family.
